From the broad path of Yoga, many practitioners focus specifically on Hatha Yoga, which, in simple terms, involves physical exercises.

Yoga therapy, on the other hand, is a holistic health restoration practice that uses various components of yoga as tools — such as asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Yoga therapy also incorporates methods that are not found in traditional Hatha Yoga.
